His experience includes range of QS services from Initial projects concepts & feasibility, appointments of consulting team, order of magnitude estimation with subsequent value engineering if required, bill production and contact compilation, tender submission, review & appointment, construction contract administration, cost control, valuations, cash flow forecasts, final accounts, etc. Other service experience includes refurbishments, lettable area assessment, insurance replacement assessment replacements assessment, etc.
Tertiary education has included additional courses in Property Economics, Property Valuation, Property Marketing & Management, Corporate Finance and Investments
André Du Preez
André is a highly accomplished Commercial Director with diverse credentials that combine solid commercial and contracts management experience with strong organizational and business management background. Andre brings over 26 years of experience in the industry and possess extensive multidisciplinary experience in optimization of resources utilization across multiple tasks within a wide range of construction projects.
As Commercial Project Director stretching over more than 10 years of his career, he managed all commercial and contracts management aspects, from initial concept design stage through to final account settlement between Contractors and Client. He spearheaded multi-million dollars’ projects, employing proactive management style to ensure timely completion; meeting budgets and quality expectations from Clients.
Andre has been involved in some iconic developments in the World, from developments on the African Continent, Americas, Caribbean and most notably the Middle East.
