Requirements and skills needed:

  • Ability to coordinate office activities/portfolios and operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Understanding of consultant tenders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability to handle a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in office administration, operations management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in supervising or managing a team is advantageous.
  • Experience in drafting policies and procedures will be beneficial.
