AGORA is seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant with strong technical expertise and leadership ability to oversee full accounting, tax, and compliance functions. Qualifications:

BCom Accounting Degree, Honors Degree advantageous
2 – 3 years management experience
2 years post articles experience

Knowledge:

Strong technical knowledge of IFRS for SME’s
Fundamental understanding of business operations.
Good understanding of group companies and structure.

Proficient using MS Office and Sage Cloud Accounting
Excellent time management skills
Full Accounting function
Tax planning and structures
Full payroll function (SimplePay)
Financial reporting, forecasting and analysis

Policy & internal controls development and implementation
