Handyman & Corporate Driver

Key Responsibilities

Handyman & Property Maintenance:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across the company’s property portfolio, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting tasks.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance materials in good working order.
• Keep records of maintenance tasks completed and report ongoing or major issues to management.

Corporate Driver Duties:

• Safely transport company executives, employees, clients, and visitors as required.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and materials in a timely and secure manner.
• Plan routes effectively to ensure punctual arrivals and departures.
• Maintain company vehicles in excellent condition through routine inspections, cleanliness, and reporting of mechanical or service needs.
• Ensure full compliance with road traffic legislation and company policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle servicing.
• Assist with general errands and ad-hoc operational duties as required.
• Uphold discretion and confidentiality in all company-related matters.

Requirements & Skills:

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman work (property-related experience is advantageous).
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Good time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow instructions accurately.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Previous experience as a company or professional driver is advantageous.

Additional Information:

• Flexibility to work occasional after-hours or weekends may be required.
