Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

This position calls for a dynamic individual who can join the AGORA group at our Head Office, Pretoria.

Requirements & skills needed:

• Exposure to budgeting and cost reporting
• Ability to assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Good communication
• Team player with a willingness to grow within the organisation
• Working knowledge of WinQS
• Working knowledge of DimX
• Basic understanding of the construction process
• Good command of both English and Afrikaans

Qualification & Experience:

• BSc. (Hons) Quantity Surveying
• 1-2 years' experience post-graduation
• Experience in a professional quantity surveying firm
